Now completed with Inferno Max Size, I'm headed back to my favorite program...ULTIMATE ARMS! This is not an arms only workout program as you will see. This covers legs and cardio even, it does focus a lot on the arms given the name but it's a complete program.
Today is day 1 and it's a major pump. Using a 1 1/2 rep scheme on today's workout with heavy at first then cutting the weight and doubling the reps.
At the end of my workout I took measurements and I'm hitting 16' biceps! For the small guy I used to be that's a big deal for me. I'm going to try and increase that with this program the first time I did it I was around 15' and at the end I was almost 15.5'. After max size I'm now at 16'.
A lot of people asked me about this program so I wanted to show all of you what you can look forward to if you get it. The program is 6 weeks long and by far my favorite.
